You will be in violation of your visa agreement and will face possible fine, imprisonment, and deportation depending on length of stay after expiration. If you want to stay longer, you need to apply for an extension. The extension will be no longer than your visa (I-94 is a record of duration of stay. if it is shorter than the actual visa, you have unused time that they may grant you). As I understand it, the I-94 is for nonimmigrants, so if you wish to apply for immigrant status, you'll need to do so before your I-94 expires. The USCIS will be well within it's rights to deny an extended stay if you plan to use the extra time to become a resident. There are a few loopholes you could use, but you'd need a well-versed lawyer, as many of these loops have been closed.

you become an "overstay" and are subject to deportation, but only if you are arrested for some type of crime, then the police will contact immigration and the immigration will first give you the option to leave at your own expense or if you come from a country other than Mexico, they will hold you until the immigration service decides to spend the cash to send you home. But you can also apply for an extension of stay for up to six months if you have a valid reason and can afford the stay without the need to work, you'll have to provide proof of this and that you have a return ticket.

If you are applying to extend your stay in the United States or change your immigration status, you will be asked to give USCIS your Form I-94. If you were not given an USCIS Form I-94 when you were legally admitted to the United States, file USCIS Form I-102. You will need to give USCIS proof that you were legally admitted to the United States. You should file USCIS Form I-102 at the same time that you apply to extend your stay in the United States or change your immigration status.
Forms are available online, or by calling 1-800-870-3676, or by submitting an online request to receive forms by mail. After receiving Form I-102, read it carefully and note the documentation that must be submitted. Detailed information is provided in the accompanying instructions for Form I-102. Further information on forms, filing fees, and fee waivers is available in Forms, Fees & Filing Locations.

Realistically maybe nothing right away. But why would you want to put your self in the position of being classed as an Illegal? Can't you get it renewed in some way? Illegal immigration is a heating up topic in this country. I don't think you want to be on the wrong side of the issue when it comes to a Head.

Nothing. Millions have done it.
But make sure you talk to a lawyer before than happens. You should try to adjust your status to as student or at least tourist visa.
If you don't have an adjusted visa, you will be illegal and never have a chance for a normal job. You'll be dooomed and forced to marry for papers to become legal. Think twice!

You should be beaten with a blunt axe. But i suspect you'll be given a house and car and enough money to set up your own buisness.
