We started on Monday. Actually, we had a false start the previous week, when an emergency cropped up in the extended family. So, we're trying again this week! So far, so good.

If you mean for this year..... we did stop academics for the summer. We'll start again next week -- after Labor Day.
Although, every day of every year is a learning experience. There is always something new to know and do.

When I lived in Georgia they started July 28.So they've been in school for over a month.
I'm being home schooled and I start Sept 5.

I started yesterday, aug. 28, but this first week is spiritual emphasis week. which means that we have chapel services every morning and activities every afternoon! its soooo fun and way better than class!! its a good way to start off the school year!!

I KNOW THAT THE SOUTH HAS STARTED (I STAY IN NEW ORLEANS), the North along with East and West should began after Labor Day or at least in September.

we are kind of starting next week. We really get started the week after when we come back from vacation.
