Walking or biking to class. I used to bike to my courses all of which were located in a building on top of a hill. Lost tons of weight.

Also if you wake up early enough, you'll find joggers and walkers around campus going around in some type of circle. Do it enough times and you'll eventually get to know some of these folks and do it together.

Dont eat anything and everything lol. Watch what you eat and walk everywhere on campus that is within walking distance. Take the stairs not the lazy elevator unless you have injury or unable to go up stairs. Choose to park not far away but enough so you can get a good walk in without making you sweet before class.

Good luck. Your best bet is to drink only once a week. When you eat, try to focus on things less carb heavy. Protein should be a high priority as well. Of course, you should exercises daily.

The main reasons people put on weight in college are that they stop exercising and they drink too mcuh alcohol.... moderate exercise and low alcohol intake will help!

Go to the local gym (some are on campuses)

Do workouts in your form (if yuo stay in one)

Or jog and excercise outside

Find your university's gym! Walk to class rather than drive whenever possible.

I don't.. That's why I am soooo fat... gained 50lbs during college, but graduated Magna *** laude... Now have to fight the weight again... :(((
