After I make out I feel very tired for a few days and I cannot concentrate. I want to know if it is something I can do not to feel this way.

Hmmm... your Header says "after sex..." and your question says "after making out". So, which is it? There's a big difference, but if you are doing more than a little kissing and petting... GET YOUR *** IN SHAPE! The better physical condition you're in, the better and more frequent the sex will be. Or... if you're just making out, and over the age of 18... Dude, move out of your mom's basement...

Relax and get some sleep straight afterwards. On waking get a shower or bath together. Followed by a light meal. Then round 2!!!

You need to eliminate or at least reduce the sources of stress in your life. Stress and problems can make you feel this way. Stress has this impact on you. It can affect your drive and consequently your sex life.

Workout. a good cardio workout 20 mins 3x a week would help you...
or have a doctor do an ekg or a stress test...
