Depends on what your are trying to achieve. If weight loss, then the morning is the best time. It will start your metabolism at a higher point than if you dont workout. Also ever notice when you eat breakfast you seem to get hungry before lunch. It also helps speed up your metabolism. Just eat sensable.

The morning is the best time to work out because you aren't slowed down by a full belly, therefore you are able to move around easier and burn more calories. You'll also have more energy. PLUS, your body has less calories to burn because you haven't spent an entire day eating, so you'll burn fat easier. You may just feel more motivated in the morning, because if you put it off all day you might never do it! But not only mentally is it good to excercise in the morning, it is physically as well just in terms of it being easier to burn fat at that time.

Everyone's body clock is different. Some people love mornings, some like noon, and some like night time. Try each out and see where you like it the best. You can go to bodyforlife.com and see some exercises for these areas, it's easier than trying to explain them to you, they have a exercise demo with pics.

Noon for me. I've tried the others, but always found excuses to skip the workout. I work out now during lunch almost every day.

the morning is better for cardio. because of your low heart rate, it will be easier to go on and on. it is way easier to go longer in the morning than in the nightime.
