why on adverts with cats in ,do the cats always have irish accents ?? never welsh cats

Because the Irish accent is much nicer and the well known feline linguist "Tiddles" was from Dublin and as most of these cats study from his DVD'S, I guess that's why they learn to speak with the Irish accent !

P.S did you get the headlamps ?
