Jesus said to Peter in front of John and the other disciples -each of who died horrible deaths rather than deny Jesus-foxes book lof martyrs Matthew 16th chaper 16&17th verses " I am the Messiah the Son of the Living God"
i was taught to pick and chose what i wanted to believe-not by a pedophile 'married' to a 9 year old child though. so i rejected Jesus and the bible =then i saw movies like the Passion of Christ-history and Jesus said he would go on the cross for the joy set before him proves he was crucified to fulfill what Moses and Isaiah said the Messiah would have to do-die as our sacrifice for sins =innocent for our guilt.
Moses-God hath given the blood sacrifice to make an atonement for our sins
Isaiah 52vs13-53vs12 he will be exaulted but first marred more than any man, and lay down his life to make an atonement for our sins.
Many liers say they believe Jesus or that he was good or just a prophet-but reject what he says---I am the Son of God-i believed

in fact i prayed what Jesus said to pray-"Behold i stand at the door of your life and knock, if you ask me in to deliver you from sins, i will come in and be your friend."
i prayed "Jesus i believe what u said =come into my heart forgive my sins and be my friend , amen."
now Jesus isnt just a prophet or a good man. or the cuss word he was to me , as a Jew mom mom said he was a liar and deciever, then sometimes he never existed,
now he is my Messiah my savior my best friend, my good shepherd oooohhh yess Shalom Salam peace event to the athiest is what i was cause i rejected Jesus so there was no God for me just one that forsook us thousands of years ago and left us to make a fake religion without a blood sacrifice for our sins or a personal God we could know

David,
When I see your "questions" I wonder why lies, arrogance, deception, and cowardly propagandists exist.
=======================
David,
You are a Christian. Stop this evil and deceptive form of missionizing. It degrades Christianity.

. It is, by definition, impossible for it to be "jewish" to believe in jesus. "Jewish" is, by defintion, what jews have historically and contemporarily believe. Since in neither scenario do we find "believing in jesus", then we must clearly realize that belief in jesus is not something "jewish". You can call it "biblical" (and still be wrong), but certainly not "jewish".
. On the side, the subject of Isaiah 53 is promised a "long life" and "seed" (i.e. physical children). Clearly this isn't about jesus.

oh, and lastly, I've decided that you truly epitomize everything I find intensely intellectually unsatisfying about christianity. (And you clearly do not understand hebrew.)

You want to talk about a pedophile? Would a 12 or 13 year old girl still qualify? Because that's how old Mary is believed to have been when she had Jesus. Guess that would make God a pedophile, huh?
You're an ignorant waste of my time... but entertaining none the less.
Funny, too, that you would break a commandment and LIE on a review of a business just to try and be an ***.

Read the Old Testament or the Book of Torah as a Jew and you will find when and How does God call a chosen one His son in the Book Of Kings, Samuel and Psalms. Find out also How God punishes his servant or chosen son when his commandment is not followed to the letter. Maybe you would even find out why Jesus has to die that kind of death.

Im a Jew. Jesus did not repel the invaders (Romans), nor did he unite the nation of Israel as the mosaich is supposed to do. Therefore, your Jesus is not the messiah, and thats all there is to it. But people will believe what they are forced to believe, and thats all I can say on the matter. Form your own opinion, and whatever works best for you, without irritating or inserting yourself into other peoples lives....Do it....Christ killer rats? LOL Thankfully we are spared the knowledge of knowing you in person. Enjoy yourself in the hell of your own creation.

I don't believe in Jesus because it doesn't fit into my idea of religion. I don't believe that people have sins that need to be forgiven. I believei in Karma. I also don't believe there is just one God. Instead , there are several Gods and Goddesses..
I'm open for discussion if you'd like to know more.

Muslims do not believe Christ to be the physical son of God as we are of our biological fathers, but more in the metaphorical sense just as Muslims believe Abraham to be "friend of God". Of course, Muslims don't believe that they grew up together or played together.

David, why don't you ever answer my questions? You say you are Jewish and in one of your posts (there have been so many) you say you were Bar Mitvahed. So, once again I ask you...what synagogue did you attend and what Haftorah portion did you read at your Bar Mitzvah?

Well, seeing as how god is imaginary, we atheists find it hard to believe that Jesus was his son. I'll post a little light reading for you below...
