I have a little bit of pudge on me, Should I look into getting a personal trainer to help my size? I am almost 6 ft and I weigh about 160lbs...give or take a few pounds. I do not have rolls of course but should I look into weight lifting and cardio training with a personal trainer to help make myself more muscular...or should I just stay the same...I just want to know what the ladies prefer...I am fine with the way I look... but i am lacking the love life i want...would this help?

A personal trainer is a little bit extreme. Just start getting more exercise and cut down on junk food. You'll meet some attractive women jogging in the park.
