A Chocolate Hedgehog Cake that I have made many times, in a basin, then after cooking cut in a dome shape, ice and have chocolate buttons sticking out everywhere and put indentification of birthday person if wanted.

My husband loves carrot cake...I like chocolate cake!
My niece and I are fighting right now over he birthday cake! Her party is next week and I told her I would get her cake for her!
She wants red velvet (her favorite) but I think she should have chocolate...lol...for purely selfish reasons!

I like Carvel's ice cream cakes. Fudgie the Whale or the Dolce de Leche are pretty good.
