The is no Yes/No answer to you're question. The Quran does speak of "people of the book" and says not all are alike . That there are among them people (specifically of the "early" revelations) who are among the righteous and therefore will go to heaven. Read these verses:
2:62 VERILY, those who have attained to faith [in this divine writ], as well as those who follow the Jewish faith, and the Christians, and the Sabians -all who believe in God and the Last Day and do righteous deeds-shall have their reward with their Sustainer; and no fear need they have, and neither shall they grieve.
3:113 [But] they are not all alike: among the followers of earlier revelation there are upright people, who recite God's messages throughout the night, and prostrate themselves [before Him].
3:114 They believe in God and the Last Day, and enjoin the doing of what is right and forbid the doing of what is wrong, and vie with one another in doing good works: and these are among the righteous.
3:115 And whatever good they do, they shall never be denied the reward thereof: for, God has full knowledge of those who are conscious of Him.
3:199 And, behold, among the followers of earlier revelation there are indeed such as [truly] believe in God, and in that which has been bestowed from on high upon you as well as in that which has been bestowed upon them. Standing in awe of God, they do not barter away God's messages for a trifling gain. They shall have their reward with their Sustainer - for, behold, God is swift in reckoning!
5:66 and if they would but truly observe the Torah and the Gospel and all [the revelation] that has been bestowed from on high upon them by their Sustainer, they would indeed partake of all the blessings of heaven and earth. Some of them do pursue a right course; but as for most of them -vile indeed is what they do!
29:47 For it is thus that We have bestowed this divine writ from on high upon thee [O Muhammad]. And they to whom we have vouchsafed this divine writ believe in it just as among those [followers of earlier revelation] there are some who believe in it. And none could knowingly reject Our messages unless it be such as would deny [an obvious] truth:
57:27 And thereupon We caused [other of] Our apostles to follow in their footsteps; and [in the course of time] We caused them to be followed by Jesus, the son of Mary, upon whom We bestowed the Gospel; and in the hearts of those who [truly] followed him We engendered compassion and mercy. But as for monastic asceticism - We did not enjoin it upon them: they invented it themselves out of a desire for God’s goodly acceptance. [48] But then, they did not [always] observe it as it ought to have been observed: and so We granted their recompense unto such of them as had [truly] attained to faith, whereas many of them became iniquitous.
There is also an invitation from the Quran to those of the "people of the book" to surrender to God's will:
3:64 Say: "O followers of earlier revelation! Come unto that tenet which we and you hold in common: [49] that we shall worship none but God, and that we shall not ascribe divinity to aught beside Him, and that we shall not take human beings for our lords beside God." [50] And if they turn away, then say: "Bear witness that it is we who have surrendered ourselves unto Him."
Also pointing to the the error of having claim to Abraham (pbuh):
3:67 Abraham was neither a "Jew" nor a "Christian", but was one who turned away from all that is false, having surrendered himself unto God; and he was not of those who ascribe divinity to aught beside Him.
Among people of the book are also those who attributed lies and falsehood to God too and will be punished. For a Muslim to say bluntly that all "people of the book" are going to heaven/hell. The Quran does not guarantee all Muslims (example the hypocrites among them who are promised the lowest level of hell)/ people of the book salvation unless they fit the description of being righteous and worked towards following God's path.

I dont think they are "saved". The people of the book are treated with respect and a different set of guidlines due to the common ancestors that they have with the Muslim people. But, id look it up if I were you

I don't believe that "people of the book" are "saved" according to Islamic tenets, since they are not followers of the Quran.

if they knew about Islam and did not convert, then they are not saved.
