Does anyone know what can cause a soar throat??
I woke up the other day with like a scratchy feeling in my throat. I've ignored it for like 3 days and today I woke up and my throat was really soar. I feel I'm going to lose my voice pretty soon. I need help to know what can cause a soar throat.

Go to the Dr. I bet its strep or Laryngitis. I had an infection in my tonsils and lymph nodes a couple of months back. It hurt like heck. I waited for about a week before i went to the Dr. because i thought it was allergies.

Allergies, virus, infection, smoking....all sorts of things can cause a sore throat.

You may have strep throat caused by the streptococcus bacteria

Maybe strep throat or some kind of cold or flu.

there are alot of things that can cause a sore throat...but maybe it's just because you snore too much at night?!

sinus drainage can cause sore throat

it could be strep throat, better go see your doctor

It's sore, not soar.
Anyway, you can get it just from being around a person who has it.
