Speak for yourself, he made me awfully tolerant.

God is not the Problem. The sinner has trained him/herself to be so intolerant. Why in tarnation do you guys always blame God ? You look at yourself and I will look at myself and what do we see ?? Well I see a person, who is always doing what we can to help my family and others. I try not to be perfect , but, when God created Heaven and Earth, he then placed people upon the Earth. We were put here for a purpose. Do you think God should continually hold our hands and do everything for us? All people are different. We learn from the differences. So if you find intolerant people, then what can you or God do, to change it. Nothing ! Each person has to train themselves and their children in the way they should go. The Bible tells us that we need to take care of our own Temple. There are consequences if we don't. We create our own lifestyle and attitudes. Why always Blame God ? We need to take inventory on ourselves and stop the blame game.

Hi Kelly,

God created us and gave us free will. This is why it makes sense that we've to answer for the way we live our lives at the end of our lives. If God just made us perfect than we would be sinless and would never do anything wrong. It's what makes us human. It tells us that God values our freedom and God values us even though we often use our freedom in ways that are contrary to His.

Hope that helps,

Nickster

God didn't make people intolerant, we do that to ourselves. God has given us the power to make our own choices, unfortunately a lot of people choose to be hateful and stupid. And for the people that are intolerant, eventually, they will get what's coming to them.

Apparently you're not all that intolerant because you're here, speaking of Him as if you believe He existed.

To answer you question, He didn't make you intolerant, but He gave you free will to be intolerant and slander His name.

Intolerant of what? I'm intolerant of sin and Christians who try to accept it. One popular example today is in homosexual marriage. God is clearly against homosexual behavior as sin. God intended sex to be between a man and woman in marriage. Why should I tolerate anything else? I'm intolerant of sin and Christians who wash it over with acceptance. Ppl need to understand that condemning sin doesn't mean condemning the sinner.
