I am very confused. I think we are approaching world war 3.

You have to consider one genuine sign regarding the coming of Christ and the end of the world. That is the end of the Gentile time, which is end of the all Nations time, and the start of the ending of the Jewish time. This is a period that will take 7 years. To know when Christ comes, turn your face towards Jerusalem, and observe hence forth.God will not allow world war 3 to happen because it would annihilate the whole world. It is said in the Bible that if those days were not shortened, no human being would remain alive on the planet.

As meg stated, the end times have been approaching us since Christ left this earth. As Christians we are not to question when the end times are, but rather prepare for them. It does amaze me though to think that of all the thousands of years we have been around. To only have recently within the past 150 years discovered all of this Technology. And how this technology has greatly changed our civilation. All those thousands of years versus the last 150 years. So are we to assume that all those other people from those thousands of years just weren't smart enough to come up with this technology. And we somehow are different or smarter? Naturally God had a hand in it. A sign maybe, who knows. Either way, prepare and be ready for the Lord will come! God Bless!

we have been approaching the end of the world and the return of Jesus since the day that he left this world. Each day could be the last day. Jesus will come when he has chosen and no one will know that day. The end of the world is approaching, but it has been doing so for 2000 years.

What ever else we are approaching in the remaining years of the end times, we are near to the second coming of Jesus and the bible is for those who will be alive at his coming.
KJV Bible 1611 + 303 = 1914 and an excepted translation for the end times, as to the law of the land and God, and on the last soil to be organized after Eden.
1620 colonies are of the seven, so the eighth is of the seven in the world that has had Satan in it Rev.17:1-6,10-14 [ #1 to #6 and seven into the 8th where it ends];
Jesus was here in Rome #6, we get the bible in #7, it ends 1914 or 2520 after Babylon, 3460 after Eden at Daniel's Prophecy, so 5,980 years after Eden Satan is cast down with no more heaven in it for him. Rev.12:7-12; and Dan.12:1-13[ times of trouble as never was before is WW1 [ as world is organized ], onto WW2, onto Vietnam nation, ect; while Satan has a short time to Rev. 20:1-6; the 1000 year reign of Christ. When this ends 1Cor.15:22-28; all is perfect in the kingdom of God, with a new heavens and a new earth, all LOST from Eden is SAVED 49,000 years after earth became the focus for habitation, and it has existed at Gen.1:1,2; as evident in billions of years before it became a focus, and all was made good up to Eden, Gen 2:2,4; Heb.4:1-2; If Day seven is 7000 years, all days [ ages ], are one and the same,
to end 49,000 years of earth as a focus to perfection.
So all this is saying is Satan has 6,130 years from Eden, 6,072 years have passed.

I think you should get more rest. We are not facing the end of the world, there is no third world war and Jesus will come in your dreams.

There has been some discussion on answers recently that the end of the world will be in 2012.
Personally I'm rather disappointed as I live in England and am looking forward to the 2012 Olympics.

Absolutely. And in another thousand years, when we are all still here, we'll all be completely sure the the end is coming. Contemplation of the end of all things has been around about as long as John the Revelator was making his record in the Bible. It is a staple in the mind of the westerner.

Me personally Yes I think we are approaching the end of days. Start Reading your Bible in Revelations it speaks on the signs of the end times and yes some of those things have started happening give it about oh 50 years or less.

Please don't think I'm forcing anything on you. I know people get very upset or offended if they feel a person is doing that to them.
Do you know Jesus Christ as your savior? Because if you do, you've nothing to worry about.
I do believe we are in what the bible is called the "end times", yes. How long the end times will be before the return of Jesus, no one knows, only God knows. But it's going to get a lot worse.
Please think carefully about Jesus, will you?
