My chi, Princess Grace Kelly, is 5 1/2 months old and weighs 3lbs. I was wondering if someone good give me an estimate on what her adult weight will be. I know there is no way to know for sure. Thanks, K

multiply weight at 4 mos by 2 and add 20% for the average adult weight.

She might gain another 2 lbs or so. At 6-8mos, small breeds tend to stop growing.

she is not going to get much bigger than she is now on the little dogs they tend to reach their full growth at about 6 months . she may put on a little more mass but you are looking at maybe 1 or2 pounds a best.

I've heard you double the weight at 4 months. It was pretty accurate with my dog.
