here is a nice 1 i recomend this 1 Baked Tofu Cutlets from D. Ornish - Eat More Weigh Less. (This is probably
closest to those you can buy)

16 ounces firm tofu
4 Tbs. fresh lime juice
4 Tbs. soy sauce
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. minced fresh gingerroot
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. chili sauce

Slice the tofu into 4 slices lengthwise. Set aside.
In a flat pan or nonstick baking dish just large enough to hold the slices
in a single layer, combine the lime juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic
and chili sauce. Place the tofu in the marinade and refrigerate for at
least 2 or up to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Remove the dish from the refrigerator and bring to room temperature. Bake
for 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
Per sv: 108 cal; 2g fat; 1054mg sodium.
NOTE: There is now a lower fat tofu on the market which would lower the fat
content (I don't mean Mori-Nu - I'm not sure of the brand - maybe White
Wave?). Also, I like to press the tofu before I use it

i found this recipe online a couple years ago.
its for a tofu chip dip- its very tasty!

Ranch Dip
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
 1 packet of dry vegan ranch dip mix
 16 ounces (more or less) soft silken tofu, well drained
 Juice of one small lemon
Directions:
Basically, throw it all in a food processor and chill for a few hours. The dip mix is vegan, although the Hiden Valley dressing mix isn't, so be careful. This tastes almost exactly like the lacto version, and actually gets better after a few days in the fridge. Play with it, use it as salad dressing (may wanna add some unsweetened soy milk), put it on baked potatoes, pig out on Fritos! Good, good stuff.

I would suggest searching online for more recipes...

How about quick & easy tofu steaks? Just cut the (extra firm) tofu in half (hard to picture, but laterally, so you have two thinner steaks, not to big cubes). Get some olive oil going on the stove (in a skillet) and throw in some chopped onions and garlic. Then add the steaks. Season with salt and pepper (and whatever else you like. Sometimes I'm in the mood to add some soy sauce). And serve it with a nice green salad. Yum!!!

I like tofu in a lot of things, especially if you put it in spaghetti sauce or in lasagna. Yum. One thing that I recently tried that was a hit at my house was chocolate tofu pudding. Sounds disgusting, but you really can't tell that it's made with tofu. It's very creamy. Look for other recipes on allrecipes.com

Tofu Chocolate Pudding
Ready In: 10 Minutes
Yields: 6 servings

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons water
1 (16 ounce) package firm tofu, drained
1/4 cup soy or skim milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt the chocolate with water in a heavy saucepan or double boiler.
2. In an electric blender or food processor, combine tofu with the melted chocolate, milk, and vanilla extract. Process until the mixture is smooth. Chill for approximately one hour, and serve!

Yeah, you may think this is gross, but it's the bomb. I swear.

Get some medium-soft tofu, minced garlic, and minced green onion, and a preserved duck egg. Slice the egg and tofu into little pieces and mix all of it together. Now pour like 1.5 tablespoons of soysauce in there. Get some rice and eat it together. You want wussy recipe, go somewhere else. This is the REAL DEAL.

Asian Noodle, Tofu, and Vegetable Stir-Fry:

Stir-fries feel so easy and undemanding. This one is even more so because it has cellophane noodles right in it, making it a one-dish meal. Soaked dried mushrooms add flavor to the stock.

2 ounces uncooked bean threads (cellophane noodles)
1/2 ounce dried wood ear mushrooms (about 6)
1 cup boiling water
2 teaspoons peanut oil or vegetable oil
1 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced seeded jalapeño pepper
2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups (1/4-inch) diagonally sliced carrot (about 1 pound)
1/4 teaspoon salt
7 cups (1-inch) sliced bok choy
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 (12.3-ounce) package reduced-fat firm tofu, cubed
3 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil or chili oil

Place noodles in a large bowl; cover with warm water. Let stand 20 minutes. Drain; set aside.

Combine the mushrooms and boiling water in a bowl; let stand for 20 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a bowl, reserving the mushroom liquid. Cut mushrooms into strips.

Heat peanut oil in a wok or nonstick Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion, jalapeño, ginger, and garlic; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, carrot, and salt; stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup reserved mushroom liquid; cover and cook 3 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender and liquid evaporates.

Add bok choy; stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in noodles, remaining mushroom liquid, soy sauce, and tofu; cook for 2 minutes.

Combine 3 tablespoons water and cornstarch; pour into pan. Bring to a boil; cook 2 minutes or until slightly thick. Drizzle with sesame oil.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 2 cups)
