If it's an old dog, keep it comfortable. If it is otherwise healthy and happy, it will adjust to being blind. Be careful if you move furniture though, dogs learn where things are. My mom's Dachsund was blind for the last 4 years of her life. She managed just fine until my dad moved the chair!

It depends on the cause of the blindness. If it is cataracts, they can be removed and vision restored, providing the retina is not damaged. You need to see a Veterinary Opthomologist.

Why, yes there is! Just put your dog's face against the monitor. I'll take care of it from my home.
