Why is it, that when i was younger and my hair was really long, it was straight, but now that it is shorter, its wavy, and it takes forever 2 straight

because ur hair is lighter and it bounced up becaue all the weight is off of it i know i have the same problem and as it is shaorter it bounces up because it has nothing to weight it down as it used to

My hair was always perfectly straight without using a straightener or any kind of product. But right when I turned 13 it became all frizzy. I asked the lady who was cutting my hair about why it did that and she said that happens to a lot of people. Sometimes it won't go away, but sometimes it will when you get older. My hair is still frizzy, so the person who cut my hair told me that I should probably get a hairstraightener. I have and now nobody knows how frizzy my hair really is.

Im not sure about straightening it but when hair is longer the weight softens out the waves but when its shorter it lighter so the waves show through.

Is it possible that when it was long, the heaviness weighed it down enough to prevent it from curling? My hair was curly when I was younger, and has since become straight. At least it's not grey!

When I was young I had shorter hair and it was stick straight. Now I am older and have longer hair and it is curly. I don't know why...

when your hair is long the weight pulls your hair down and straight.When the weight is cut off than the surls come back.Also some peoples hormones change when they get older and your hair can get curly or wavy
