call 911 and go to the hospital and tell them what you've done, or look up on the internet what eating a live grenade can do if you eat one. why would you do something like that?

My, you are bored. First you're a talking cow now you're eating live grenades.

Go to the nearest hospital, so you can have your esophagus checked, I'm not sure how u were able to swallow it. Also u hav to hav laparoscopic surgery to have that removed or at least with a scope and the new DaVinci machine...they can pull the pin if its still intact. then it will blow up inside you for sure. Hope this helps.
