CHICKEN MARSALA - In first frying pan, Cut boneless chicken into chunks or strips, coat with flour and cook in butter until all sides just start to brown, set aside. In second frying pan, melt butter and add fresh sliced mushrooms (lots) and cook until they just start to soften, add generous amount of Marsala wine and a couple of finely diced garlic cloves and cook for three minutes. Add chicken from first pan and cook until sauce thickens ( flour from chicken will thicken the sauce), Add a small spritz more Marsala wine ( to refresh Marsala wine flavor) and serve immediately.

A great appetizer! Buy large mushrooms, wash and remove the stems. (just pluck them out) Fry a package of jimmy dean sausage (found near the hotdogs/bacon section) Once the sausage is cooked all the way through (it will turn brownish gray) add a stick of cream cheese. Stir until melted and mixed together. Fill the mushrooms with the filling and bake on a cookie sheet at 325 for about 25 minutes.
My husband and everyone else that eats them can't get enough!!

salmon mayonnaise crepes

1 egg
2 cups flour
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 salmon cutlets
2 gherkins
fairly hot mustard
pickle juice
tarragon
mayonnaise
butter for frying

mix the egg, flour, water and milk into a thin batter, about the same consistency as milk. if too thick, add more liquid, if too thin, add more flour. leave standing for a couple of hours, best over night.

while batter is standing, microwave the salmon according to your microwave's manual. slice gherkins thinly, chop tarragon. mash salmon, add gherkins, tarragon, a teaspoon or two of mustard and a dash of pickle juice from the gherkin jar. blend in mayonnaise until everything is evenly coated.

heat butter in a heavy frying pan, when frying, add enough batter to cover the entire pan thinly. pour off any excess. reduce heat by about a third and wait till crepe is firm everywhere. slide onto a plate, spoon on some salmon mayonnaise and roll up. do the same with the rest. YUM!

Pies!!!!! People love my pies!!
Cheese Cake/Pie (Most of us know this one, comes on the inside label of Keebler Graham Cracker Crusts) Think 8's.
8 ounce cream cheese (softened to room temp)
8 ounce sour cream
8 ounce whipped cream (cool whip if you lazy)
8 ounce Sugar (less if you not want too sweet)
For something special sub Honey for sugar, I use 1/3 cup very sweet!!!!!
Blend cheese and then add next two. Blend well to smooth. Add Sugar/Honey.
1 tablespoon vanilla Blend into mix
Poor into two Graham Cracker Crust and chill until firm. Top with favorite fruit topping and Whipped Cream (cool whip if you lazy).
Serve and pig out.

Pecan Pie! Just follow the recipe on Dark Karo Syrup.

Chocolate Mousse:
Whipped Cream (do not be lazy on this one)
1/2 pint Whipping Cream (whipped thick)
1/4 cup Sugar (Blend into Cream)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Chill. NOW while the cream chilling.
Melt a few Heresy's Bars in a Double Boiler. This a large pan with water about 1/3 full on Stove to boil and set a smaller pan inside that heats and melts your chocolate. You can test the water level by placing your small pan in and water be a few inches from top.
When chocolate melted add and Blend to your whipped cream. Chill.

NOW, why I give you the three recipes???? Triple layer "Sex Pie" You will need 1 hour of sex to work off the fat!!

Triple layer Sex Pie;
Make Pecan pie according to the recipe on the Karo Syurp.
Pour equally into 3-4 Pie Shells (Not Graham Cracker, the regular kind).
I use 3. Bake accordingly until done. Cool it has to be cooled. (You can put aluminum foil around edges to keep from over browing, but, I never have).
Evenly top with the Cream Cheese Cake/Pie mix.
Evenly top with chocolate mousse.
Chill. Eat.
Warning: The fat content in this pie goes against all Diet plans. The calorie requirement of sex should equalize the fat absorbsion from your body. Thus, this pie is best eaten when Horney!!! ;-D
