fish sticks is about all i have in the house can you make a casseroll out of them and if so how?

Sure, make some mac and cheese per regular directions. Put a thin layer at the bottom of the pan. Put fish sticks on top of that. If you are crazy like me, you'll want green beans and cream of mushroom soup in there as well. Put the rest of the mac n cheese on top of that, and top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake at 350

Ingredients:
1 package Scalloped Potatoes
3 cups water
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 cup frozen sweet peas
1 package (10-12 oz.) frozen fish sticks


Directions:

Heat oven to 400ºF. Spray 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare potatoes as directed on package for oven in sprayed baking dish, using water, milk and margarine. Sprinkle potatoes with peas.

Bake at 40ºF. for 15 minutes. Arrange fish sticks over peas and potatoes. Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Sorry, that sounds awful to me. But anyways, you could make a melted cheese topping. Maybe add potato chips.

Make the fish sticks the way you usually do. Serve with coleslaw & potato salad or baked beans.
