There is a big difference emotionally for the virgin, especially if it's a woman. There's no turning back once you lose it. For women, it could be crushing if the experience is not good.
The first experience is going to dictate whether you get to do it again with her. You better look at her first experience as being just as important as she sees it, or it's going to be the last time you get any from her.

A non virgin is more fun. Too much work in trying to deflower a virgin. Plus they always seem to think you're in love with them just because you had sex with her.

there is a difference non virgins have the chance of giving you a STDs virgins dont
