If you find a question to ask you must immediately right it down, or think out a thought that will lead you back to the question later or make sure you think about the question three more extra times very awake snd not sleepy.

I'm the same way, but I would never bother asking anyone why. (Not to be rude) We all forget things. That's why paper was invented. Try writing your thoughts and questions down as soon as you get them. That way you'll have them all nicely listed when you go to log on. Problem solved. Horray!!

Before I was diagnosed with low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) my short term memory was really bad.
After finding out I had that problem, and after controlling my blood sugar better, my memory has come back - maybe not as sharp as before - but much, much better than it was.
