i would defintely add flossing to the list. Flossing is the only way to get the bacteria between teeth.
Also use Listerine, it helps fight Gingivitis.

hi, seems such as you pick some training and your dental workplace is dropping the ball use a comfortable toothbrush, you are going to be able to desire to have the skill to get the comb at your gumline, 40 5 degree attitude into your gums and rubdown, in spite of if it bleeds - you could run the comb under warm water if it feels too harsh, spend a minimum of three minutes two times an afternoon brushing. Floss a minimum of as quickly as an afternoon and use Listerine, different mouthwashes are ineffective. after 4-6 weeks your gums could experience extra useful and with a bit of luck your dentist will understand which you're severe and could cope with you for this reason. sturdy luck and don't provide up!

gingervitis is a gum disease. I had it bad because my gums swoll up while I was pregnant and wearing braces. What you want to do, is get a good toothbrush. One that costs about $30-$60 and brush at least twice a day. You also need to floss after every meal. Also, when you brush your teeth you should also scrub your gums really good. This is the advise my gum dentist gave me (gum dentist.. I can't remember the name of their specialty. forgive me).

I'm currently going to school for a dental assistant. If you have gingivitis rinse with Listerine the brownish yellowish kind. It will help.

If it gets worse I would suggest deep gum cleaning. But frequent brushing and rinsing with Listerine usually does the trick.

get an electric toothbrush...hold it angled up ...all around the mouth...also, take a soft toothbrush...mix some peroxide with a little water to make a paste and massage your gums with it....then rinse with listerine at least 30 seconds....of course flossing helps too

There are perscription mouth washes to help this problem. Your dentist should know this. Ask your dentist or consult a new dentist.
