I'm currently seeing an older guy. We've been friends for a couple months now and now it's starting to get serious. He wants to take me places and basically have fun. I'm thinking about marrying this guy, what should i do?

I'm 41 and I usually date women in their 20's up to late mid 30's. Mostly because of the possibility of procreating - I'd really like to have children if it gets serious.
The wider the age distance the bigger the gap in experience, but also older men will treat you FAR better than someone your age. Sorry, but I don't exclude even myself. When I was in my twenties I was a total idiot when it came to women.
You stand only to benefit from this relationship. His years of experience will rub off on you, and you'll see the world through eyes that have been around a little while longer. He's probably more stable financially, and that makes him perfectly capable of carrying this relationship all the way if you both decided to do that.
And probably more stable emotionally - as a man, he's more confident and self-aware, making him less defensive and easier to talk to. He's not supplicating to the testosterone monster nearly as bad as he was when he was 22!
Frankly, I think women mature much sooner than men in general.

Oh sweetie slow down. You said he wants to take you places and basically have fun. Don't read no more into it than necessary. Just have fun and take it one day at a time. You are over the legal age to date this man just enjoy. And if it leads to that on both parts than marrying him if that's what you want to do.

16 years older than you ehh, I don't know. You might want someone younger not older then by the time you get married he won't be able to make it stand up anymore. That's the problem with older guys their clock is ticking and so is yours get a younger guy not older cause your going to be upset when you want to make love and he just can't do it anymore. What about kids? How old will he be and you before you go into menopause? My mom had me at 39 and had menopause when i was like 6? reconsider, him getting it up, your eggs(having kids) and how the sex will be like. Forget him get younger not older well Bye.

Good for both of you. Go and have fun. There are no age requirements to having fun and enjoying each others company. We cannot predict who we will fall in love with or at what age. You are really close enough that the ages are just numbers.

As long as he does not act like your father and allows you to be yourself then age is not an issue. Give yourself some time before thinking about getting married- you mentioned it's only starting to get serious. In the meantime, enjoy the relationship and see where it's headed.

You'd better give it a lot more time. Find out what he is really after and more importantly if you love him and if he loves you.
Don't be played. Look for a sincere committment on both sides, otherwise move onward. I'll bet if you stopped giving him what he wanted that he would stalk you and you don't want a guy like this unless you're both really, really, really in love.

Lucky you.... I have very strong feelings for an older guy, but he has a problem with the age dif... So Im basically heart broken. Hold on to him if you can!

Age is just a number dear.Just don't rush into marriage.you'r probably infatuated by him at this point as he's older and more experienced than u r.give yourself time to get to know him well and if u honestly think he's the one then go for it girl.

i myself do no longer understand what the determination is on Netflix, yet i've got been instructed it sucks for video clips and robust for television exhibits. large video clips: Thor Captain u . s . a ., the 1st Avenger So sorry, I easily have not any clue. As for television exhibits: Drake and Josh reruns, to boot as Suite existence of Zack and Cody are hilarious.
