Polygamy is illegal, but I agree. . . 40 wives - living with the one that I have can be terrible during "certain times of the month", I couldn't imagine all of that going around not even counting that some of the children must be girls.
and 60 kids...... borrowing the car, money, and oh, the girlfriend/boyfriend issues.
I think he might have been punished enough, for sure.

I don't mind so much that he had x-many wives, I care that he was marrying off Underaged girls. I have a freind who is dangerously close to marrying a man 22 years older than her...and she's 16. That is creepy, and sick, and disgusting and wrong. Yeah, That's how they used to do it before the industrial revolution. However, this is the 21st century (don't yell at me I rarely use that idiotic statment) and It's creepy, sick, twisted, wrong and illlllllllleeeeeegal!!!!!!

I've never understood multiple wives..sure there's more women during sex, but there's the nagging multiplied by X amount of wives you have. No man wants that. Why not just have an adultress on the side, she won't nag you.

He wasn't arrest because of his polygamy. He was arrested for sexual charges of giving underage females to old men for wives.
