Is their a human simulation program for doing Windows XP tasks?

Question

If I have two windows of two opened programs in Windows XP and I want to press a button to select an item in the first program and after that to make a copy process and to minimize this window and go to the other window and open it and make a press button their and paste what I have copied in the buffer in the next windos. I do not know if there is a program for making such a macro orders for achieving Windows XP tasks like the ones I have explained above. I need you help. Thanks.
