I have this done 5 times over the years on my Newfies. It ranged from $500-1800. Sometimes a board certified Orthopedic surgeon does/has to do it, sometimes a really good general vet can do it and save you a lot of money!!!!! Also can depend on complications, like the length of time it has been torn, weight of the dog, and if the meniscus is also torn.
It is worth looking into to and looking around.

It varies. It depends on the vet, the part of the country you are in, and the type of ACL surgery that you and the vet opt to do.

A lot.....call around. It's an expensive procedure no matter what size dog.
