For Pete's sake, people, 1958 wasn't even a leap year! And if it had been, the guy's 18th birthday would have been in 2030, not 2006. The guy who said 1958 was the number of the hospital room got it right.

Leap year, presidential elections and the olympics all happen every four years and in the same year. JFK was elected in 1960. 1958 was not a leap year but could correspond to the room number or address where the subject was born. My children were born in 823 but have not yet reached their 40th birthdays.
