I think you have heard an old German song that was revived by Elvis Presley as "Wooden Heart" in the sixties of the last century. The name of the song is "Muss i denn".

Here's the first part in German:
Muss i denn, muss i denn
zum Städtele hinaus
Städtele hinaus
und Du, mein Schatz, bleibst hier?

This is the translation:
Must I then leave to the city
and you my love will stay here?

So the answer to your question is that what you hear as "Mooshie" is "Muss i ..." and that it means "Must I ...".
