Bikini, brasilian or hollywood? My advice is go for a bikini wax and if you find it's OK then consider going for more off. Though if you get a hollywood you'll want to stick at it, whether the pain the first time was bad or not - it's just so liberating getting rid of all that hair! I've never had my underarms done but I'd be surprised if that hurt more than a bikini wax. I don't find it that bad, but I've got a high pain threshold even though I have sensitive skin (it can look a bit angry down there after a wax session!) and I do find chatting with the beautician while they do it helps take your mind off it.

It all depends what you have done. I had a hollywood wax which is all off. The most painful bit was having the cente panel waxed. The good thing is it stays smooth for longer and doesn't have that burning puffy look of an underarm wax.

Never had underarm wax, but bikini really does hurt, but not for long. Definately worth the pain though

As you already know waxing hurts but if it's done right the pain is over with very quickly

YES!!! it hurts a lot, i think it hurts more than under arm wax

I personally thought that the bikini area really hurt! I only had it done once, under arm is less painful.
If you think about it...being tickled underarms or being hit in the privates....

Never had my under arms done... But I have to doubt it. Under arms are pourus because they sweat so much, But your bikini area has TONS AND TONS of nerves heading that way... So it hurts like HELL.

iv had my bikini doen but not my underarms as i shave....my first bikini wax hurt but id do it again!

Depends on whether you have sensitive skin or not and the method employed by the beautician, mine hurt like hell, but i have very sensitive skin. So I do hope yours goes more smoothly...
