those are curls done in small sections on a big big barrel curling iron with a lot of product. If you want that style for a longer length of time...take the picture in to your stylist and ask for a body wave.

Simple. Don't wash your hair for one week, then use egg whites and salad oil as a cream rinse and blow dry on low for 1 hour. If that won't work go to a salon.

bleach it and get a perm, if that's what you really want. something that drastic will probably dry your hair out and it'll be really weak and breakable for a while.
