Then I would say that you would need to go and see a doctor. Cause it sounds like you have a medical problem that needs to get taken care of asap! Go to the doctor!

While some foods and medications can determine the color of the stool (I prefer that word to poop), that's not always the case. You can eat spinach and not turn the stool green, but on the other hand, taking iron supplements might make it black. Evidently there is some kind of mineral in your system that's causing the orange color. If you feel good and are in perfect health, I wouldn't be too concerned about it.

could be blood mixed in your poop. That blood usually is a hemroid. They are painful but not always usually not though. Either way get to doctors
