It is possible, especially in young children who haven't been "taught" that it can't be done. It's perfectly natural, and there is nothing to fear. You do it yourself, even though you may not realize it. Check out the Astral Dynamics website for a ton of very good information.

It is very possible. Children are much more spiritually aware than most adults, for they haven't lived through the suppression of society. You know how children often see "monsters" in their closets or under their beds, and "it's just their imagination?" Not true, my friend.

Children are meant to be able to astral project, my yougest son was in his bed, and my daughter shouted at him to get out of her room, then she shouted at me to get him out of her room..
mind you these things happen a lot in my house..
