The poor and rich people were not a plan of God's mainly that just had happened, it is mostly shown in the new testament when Jesus Christ says that we will have the poor always with us. I think poor and rich people came up with at the same time as man's free will happen to come up and God does not have any responsibility whether we are poor or rich. But, if God feels that we are ready for it, he will make the poor people rich and the rich people poor.

No these are not god plan. He has nothing to do with such matter. Some are poor or rich due mainly to their karma of past lives and present as well. Some people are born into poor family and also become poor in life because their have not done any charitibale deeds, are miserly and steal from others as well. etc. The rich people are just the opposite, they have done good in their past lives and also in this life they help and give to others their time, wealth and respects. A simple answer. God is only teaching people to do good and achieve what they desire in this life and the hereafter.

people who are poor are usually the richest at heart you would not see a rich person help someone but if a poor person came along they would help or in this point most poor people could have a better life if they get a job
