If you want to sign over rights and still get to see the child have a papers drawn up by a lawyer and state in the papers that you agree to sign over rights with a stipulation that you still get to see child until child is 18. If they agree and papers are signed and later they decide to not let you see child then rights are revoked and you can get your rights back because they have broken contract. I say consult your lawyer and ask him before signing anything. Good Luck with your situation.

If you still want visitations why would you want to sign over your rights?
