New pressure cookers cookers come with recipe books. If you don't have one try the Internet as suggested here and I am sure your local public library has one as well. The main thing in pressure cooking is to know that it cooks FAST and requires a different but very easy cooking technique,. It is a fantastic way to cook!. Good Luck!

it type of feels like quite some problem to bypass to-fish is definitely cooked lower than the broiler in only minutes. similar with vegetables-certainly steam on stovetop or in microwave. upload a squeeze of lemon juice and slightly butter if wanted to both or both and think ofyou've got a delectable simple meal.
