If you can get the Crest Whitestrips Professional Strength on Ebay, then they are better than the generic Regular Strength. Make sure your teeth are dry when you put them on. Otherwise the saliva may make the whitening slightly spotted. If you can afford it, professional whitening trays are the best option but the Whitestrips are definitely a good alternative. I'm not too impressed with a lot of the others.. My patients like the Whitestrips. Good luck!
PS I just checked on Ebay and they have tons of them in the professional strength. Good luck again.

I used to work in a dental office and I wouldn't advise using them. Yes, they do whiten your teeth but at the expense of removing layers of enamel. You have only a limited amount of enamel and when its gone then the dentin is exposed and its cavity city and goodbye tooth. (enamel is technically 'dead', it doesn't grow back when worn away, it is dissolved by the acid in the whitening kit). But you can get away with a decade or two of bright teeth if you decide to use the kits. Oh, if your teeth are interiorly stained as from a fever, the whitening kits don't work. They only work on surface stains that come from things like coffee or smoking.

I bought the Crest Whitestrips about a year ago, and to test them, I did only my top teeth, and then I did my bottom teeth later. After a week there was absolutely a noticeable difference. I would suggest them to anyone. The packaging says that the strips remove about the last 7 years worth of stains, which is a lot. I'll probably buy them again in a few years.

I drink red wine, coffee and tea. I smoke occasionally. I'm over 40 and have whiter teeth than people in there early 20's without my bad habits. My teeth responded well. I followed the instructions to the letter.
I keep them white with Listerine Whitening mouthwash.

Crest White Strips are sooooo easy....you just apply them to dried teeth, and leave em on for about half an hour. It says to use them twice a day, but once is enough. Yes, my teeth are noticeably whiter. On Ebay? No, haven't bought any on Ebay.

I spent a fortune at the dentist for a specialised kit!...It didn't work and made my teeth very sensitive. But if you ask your dentist to make you an mould of your teeth he may but still try and sell you there own kit...very expensive...over £300. The best whitening kit l found is Brilliant white which you can by in chemists and supermarkets ect very good...a bit fiddly but most of them are!

I tried those crest strips once I used them about 3 times they made my teeth real sensitive. I didnt notice any change but my teeth are pretty white so far.
A dental cleaning is the best thing ive seen...I went and my teeth were glow in the dark white when they were done.

Yeah I bought one for about £60. It came with a mouth piece for top and bottom teeth and some gel which you put into the mouth piece. I didn't notice any difference - but I only did it a few times as you have to keep the mouth piece in your mouth for 2 hours with the horrible tasting gel - and I just couldn't be bothered.

Stick with things you can buy at a store. I use Colgate's whitener called 'Simply White'. Brush it on and wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking and it works great!!!! And I'm a coffee drinker and cigarette smoker- you'd never know by my teeth!

Go to a pharmacy, if you live in Britain go to BOOTS where you can buy a tooth whitening kit for only £20.00. Try it out, it may or may not work ;-)
