If you are always being dumped, does it mean there is really something wrong with you? How do you stop this pattern? I tried asking my EXs to help me improve myself but they all said It's them not me...

If you have low self esteem and are very needy (and I should know) people tire of that easily. You have the right idea of trying to improve yourself, but don't do it to meet other people's expectations, do it for yourself. Change things about yourself that don't serve you or that YOU are unhappy with. Self confidence will definitely improve your dumpability quotient.

When they say it is not you, it means that it is you. You may want to take a moment to re-evaluate your past relationships, and see if there are patterns which exist in the weeks / months which prior to your break-ups. Is there something which always comes up? Do you become 'possesive' or 'needy'? Do you have an obnoxious bug collection or crazy ever-present aunt? What type of persons are you dating?

Probably means that you do not take signals well, and are not able to let go...

Stop taking things so seriously... when a date does something stupid, like showing up on a date with bad breath, or not dressing well enough...

Break up with them. Just tell them that "things are not working out"...

You will be a dumper in no time !

Honestly, yeah it might be something wrong with you, or something wrong with your relationship choices. I don't have enough details to give you much of an answer. Maybe try changing the kind of guy you go after, that might break the pattern, get you into a new kind of relationship or something..

Then it's them. They probably are idiots and you're better off without them. I go through the same thing. Keep your chin up and keep looking.
Have a great day!!!
