I beliee that my religion always strives to do the right thing. As for my country, thats a whole other thing. Its like a three ring circus most of the time, you have one province that doesnt wnat to be a part of the counrty anymore,A province full Arrogant Canadians, who think they are the $hit and the rest of in west who feel neglected and dont have a voice in our Government, so we threaten to leave to country. All we need now is Clown Car and we are set for life

My religion, well, I think the doctrine has always been right, but the people and occasional policy, have errors.
My country, same thing, the basic ideas the country is founded upon have always been right, but the people (especially in politics) and a lot of the policies have errors.

My country has not always done the right things in my opinion and I don't have a religion, if I did, it couldn't do a thing. That's a rather weird personification.

No. All religions have tares in it. Our country is run by people. People make mistakes. So many things are correctly done. That is why we have freedom of religion and vote the best people we can to run our country.

Nothing or no one has ever been done , with out trial and err on Earth. that goes for Governments & Religion. for this reason no one Country can fault another, Some times Goverments change, Religions seldom do.

There are no religions or governments that have always done the right thing!!
Because they are both led by us.
And we are all fallible humans, and at best we learn from our mistakes. At worst we look for scapegoats!

Religion itself cannot do anything. It is the followers of a religion that if they do good things, credit goes to religion and if they do bad things the religion is dicredited (as in the case of muslims).
