They have to be surgically removed. Talk to your vet about it.

It requires surgery. There is no fix. Try to get references on the vets ability to do this. I have one vet that did wonderful with a couple of 8 week old babies with it but Ive had other vets that have made their eyes look saggy after surgery. This is common with beagles.

lmao. the only "treatment" for cherry eye is to tack it down in surgical operation. the rest is basically masking warning signs. in case you could no longer cope with to pay for an important surgical operation on your canine you could no longer cope with to pay for a canine. provide it to somebody who can, fund develop, or get the RSPCA in touch. there is not any `residing house treatment`for cherry eyes.
