I'm gonna clue you in on something and for once, I'm serious. Yawning is caused ny a lack of oxygen, nothing else. Some people confuse this because when you are tired, your breathing slows a bit requiring you to yawn. Coffee has nothing to do with the yawning. Get yourself some pure oxygen and you will not yawn!!!!

Caffeine may have the opposite effect on some people and so make them sleep instead of keeping them awake, or at least it doesn't keep them alert as they wish.. If you are yawning is a sign of that , I suppose you'd better go to sleep and be fresher after some hours, which is what you wanted to obtain with coffe!

Everybody processes drugs (legal or not) differently. Wait a while and see if you don't gradually wake up. You may just take longer to work the caffene though. Unless it's having a negative (or opposite) effect. That can happen too.

Or it could be that you're just so exhausted, the caffene is only doing so much good. Or you accidentally chose decaf. Lots of possibilities.

A No-Doz or Red Bull has more caffeine than a cup of coffee. Though coming down from the caffeine high will leave you more tired than before
