I don't know anything about JC penny's page but www.weddingchannel.com has a great website which lets you make your own wedding page for free plus it has links to dresses/makeup/caterers/ etc in your area. The Knot also has a website that allows you to do the same thing. Both also will let your friends know where you are registered.
