Plus+White from Wal-mart. It has a tray you put gunk in and tastes like crap but i bought it just a week ago ( i drink lots of coffee and smoke) and my teeth were whiter after the first 10 min use. I have used it twice more since then and im actually getting compliments on my teeth everyday. I was surprised that something that cost 6 dollars and took 10 min. worked so well.

Crest White Strips are good, but PlusWhite toothpaste works pretty well also.

Try "Topol" or "Plus-White" (they both are whitening toothpastes)
