Yes I have made some and they are fabulous
Here's my recipe:

Chewy Jumbo Chocolate Chip Raisin Cookies

1 1/2 cups butter
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cake flour
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips (2 cups)
2 cups raisins

Beat butter and sugars 2-3 minutes until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until well mixed, about 1 minute.
Add dry ingredients. Beat until well mixed.
Mix in chocolate chips and raisins.
Drop dough by 1/4-cupfuls 2" apart on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes until golden brown

They are excellent. I make one that has dried cranberries also, and the batter is chocolate.

Chocolate/ Chocolate Chip Cookies
Delicious Dessert Recipes MY CHOCOLATE COOKIES
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon milk
1/3 cup powdered cocoa (unsweetened)
1-1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 375.
Stir together the eggs and oats and let sit. Beat the butter until fluffy. Add the sugar, mix well. Add the egg mixture and the vanilla, mix well. Add the milk, mix well. Add the powdered cocoa, mix well. Then, mix in the flour, salt, baking powder and (guess what?) mix well. Mix in the chocolate chips, raisins, and cranberries. Place teaspoon-size balls on non-stick cookie sheet and cook until just barely firm, about 7 to 10 minutes. Let set one minute on cookie sheet, then cool slightly on rack. Best when served warm. Very yummy!!

I hope you enjoy them.

Personally I don't really like cookies with chocolate and raisins mixed together. Too sweet for my taste. It's either one or the other.

oh yum! so so so good! In my opinion, the raisins help keep the cookies soft.
