Because for me, when I really want to go, sometimes I just know that I can't. So that the whole thing can be over with, we just fake it. So even if we coach after a while we know it won't orgasm anymore.

I agree. I got sick of faking and not getting mine, so I taught him how to get me there, and now, he comes up with new ways own his own.
