As a Christian, you should realize that posing a question that mock's His power and abilities is wrong.

In theory, the God of traditional belief is all powerful, so He would be able to heat the burrito as hot as possible, and should still be able to eat it. However, as He has no physical form, He has no mouth to put the burrito in, and no teeth to chew it with, regardless of it's temperature.
