Nope not any more and when you do get your license get a private one - it's a few bucks more but worth it because your information will not be considered public record and anyone wanting to know your info would have to get special permisson. Congratulations and good luck!

Blood tests are NOT required to obtain a marriage license in California.

No, that is not necessary. You just need a marriage license.
