If you are talking about the Christian god, then yes, sort of. This "knowing everything" is called omniscience. But note that omniscience means knowing everything about everything, including knowing the future. Your real big brother, of course doesn't know "everything", but rather can be considered to know more than you do and thus be better prepared to make "predictions" about what "participants" will do.

But note also that omniscience is logically troublesome. Because if you know everything, then you know everything about the future, and if you know everything about the future then you know your own future as well. Therefore, if god knows the future, then he knows his own future and cannot deviate from it since he already "knows" what he will do. If god cannot deviate from his own knowlege, then he has no free will, and neither do humans since god already knows exactly what we will do. In order for there to be free will, our futures must be such that they can not be predicted with certaintly. Even if you think you have a choice, it is really not a choice since, in effect, you have No option other than to make the "choice" that god knows you will make. And when you have only 1 choice, it is not actaually a choice.

Me personally, I think it's valid or accurate to say that God (Jesus Christ) knows all the possibilities thus He can say he knows what will happen next. Kinda like looking at an ant go about its way; you see the ant can go lef, right, down into a hole or whatever; so you could technically say you know what it will do cause you know the possibilities of what it can do.

Ecclesiastes 1:9-The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

Ecclesiastes 1:14-I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit.

There is no such thing called god. But the ancient men, when they saw fire they were afraid and they started worshipping it, then they worshipped sea, in India they worship the snake. We make something god if we could not , both, understand it and control it. We cannot control our fate or future, so we attribute it to someone more powerful than us and call him GOD. To put it simply-God is Nature, taking its own course. Of course everything is predestined, not by god but by the things the whole world is made up of. That system is yet to be discovered. Hope nobody discovers it. Then the fun of living would be gone.

In other words, "Everything happens for a reason." That's a nice, simple way of looking at things, that God is an old man sitting on a cloud dishing out hurricanes and genocide on his left hand and lottery wins and births on his right.

God takes away the randomness of life. You can choose to believe that if it eases your mind or you can face the reality that anything can happen to us at any time and there's nothing we can do about it.

Where God is, it is always "here" and it is always "now." Therefore he can see the end fro the beginning. We aren't programmed but He created us and knows where we're headed. We make our choices but the outcomes are if not foreseen, at least understood what will happen if we do this or that. The this or that is up to us, though.

God does exist.
It's not logical to suppose that the universe just "banged" into existence, and that life just sorta "happened"...
God exists...and God knows you better than you know yourself.
For instance, God knows your EXACT sperm count...He even knows which one of those li'l wigglers is gonna be the one that makes the baby...

No, God just knows what options we have. Since he gave us freedom of choice, he helps us when we chose in his favor. Usually his favor is not the most attractive of the choices.
