If you want Messenger 7, you can download it at this site: http://oldversion.com/program.php?n=yahoo
Just scroll to the bottom of the page and choose the version you want and it will start downloading. If you decide you don't like version 7 and want to go back to your previous version, then just uninstall it and visit this site again and you can download the one you want.

Stick with Messenger 6 or some version of it. Messenger 7 onwards have been seen to be horrible. In this Forum itself so many people have asked as to how to get back to older version.
