Here some to try:

Fruit Kebab:

1. On a skewer stick cut up, banana, strawberry, pinapple and a few grapes, and give him about 5 to share amongst a few friends.

2. GRAPES (make a great snack, you can mix the colors)

3. Trail mix (the ones with the M & M's in it) you can put a few handfuls in a zip lock bag for him.

4. Baby carrots and celery sticks, with veggie onion dip.

5. Apple Crisp. - This is a zip to make, and are like lil apple pancakes crisp he can eat.

Ok, Im snacked out, here's a bonus.

6. P & B is my favorite snack, you can make P & B sandwich and cut it up in 4's.

Grapes, cheese sticks or cubes, the cheese and crackers, yogurt raisins, fruit snacks, veggie sticks, the celery sticks with peanut butter and raisins on top. Fruit and the fruit dip. Chex Mix, trail mix, cereal bars or granola bars, applesauce cups or jello cups. Homemade cookies or mini muffins or rice krispy treats. Hope that helps as I am trying to figure out the same thing right now.

String cheese, fruits or fruit cups, cheese and crackers, veggies, PBJ with the crust off and cut into small squares or cookies...
Try to stay away from the chips and candy stuff or even those store bought boxed lunches/snacks for kids. They're easy, but not very healthy. Don't forget milk or OJ!

Are you providing for just your son or the whole class???
Lets see.... baby carrots work good!!!
apples, most fruits, celery with peanut butter & rasins, those little individual boxes of rasins are great, these are healthier ideas.
Of course you can go with homemade cookies or get some granola bars from the store... theres lots of those type of snack bars as well as fruit roll ups etc...

I would try the little boxes of raisins and also some veggie sticks, like carrots, celery, squash and store them in the little ziplocks. Also, to go with this, get the little disposable plastic containers with lids and put some Ranch dressing or whatever he likes to dip the veggies in. The raisins would add a sweet alternative to the vegs. Good luck!

Veggie & Fruit Sticks (celery carrots apples) Fresh fruits. One that I do for myself all the time is.: take the little cups of mott's apple sauce ( any flavor) and freeze them overnight, then put 1 in the lunch box; by the time he gets to sank time it will be just like a slushy. PBJ sandwiches. Dry fruits and nuts ... Jello cups or pudding. Crackers, cheese and ham.
